摘要
KNOX(KNOTTED1-like homeobox)是植物中一类具有重要功能的转录因子,属于同源异形盒基因超家族中TALE(three amino-acid loop extension)的亚族.研究表明该家族成员广泛参与植物生长发育和形态建成.本文主要对KNOA2基因的结构、分类、生物学功能及参与的分子互作机制进行综述性介绍,并对近年来的最新研究成果进行总结,以期为进一步探究KNOX2基因在植物生长发育过程中的相关机制及其他物种中的功能提供参考.
Abstract
KNOX(KNOTTED1-like homeobox)is a family of transcription factors with important functions in plants,which belong to a subfamily TALE(three amino-acid loop extension)superfamily of the homeo-box gene family.Research have shown that members of this family are widely involved in plant growth,de-velopment and morphogenesis.This paper mainly reviews the structure,classification,biological functions and molecular interaction mechanism of KNOX2 genes.The latest research progress is summarized in or-der to provide reference and assistance for further studies on the growth,development,and functions of this transcription factor family in other species.
