GRAS转录因子在植物生长发育及非生物胁迫应答中的研究进展

GRAS(GAI-RGA-and-SCR)是植物中所特有的一类转录因子家族,也是近年来被鉴定较多的一类转录因子家族,其在植物生长发育和非生物胁迫响应等多种生理生化过程中发挥重要作用.GRAS蛋白通过结合到特定DNA序列,激活或抑制下游基因的表达,从而影响植物的分化和发育、激素信号转导以及逆境适应等过程.本文概述了GRAS转录因子的结构特征和表达特性,重点阐述了GRAS在植物生长发育中的作用和非生物胁迫(盐、干旱、低温等)应答的研究进展,为深入研究GRAS转录因子对植物的生长调节、代谢及对环境胁迫的响应机制提供理论参考.
Research progress of GRAS transcription factors in plant growth and development and abiotic stress response
GRAS(GAI-RGA-and-SCR)is a family of transcription factors that is unique to plants and has been identified more frequently in recent years,and plays an important role in various physiological and biochemical processes such as plant growth and development and abiotic stress response.GRAS proteins activate or inhibit the expression of downstream genes by combining to a specific DNA sequence,which affect the division and development of plants,hormone signal transfers,and adversity adaptation.In this paper,we summarize the structural characteristics and expression properties of GRAS transcription fac-tors,and focus on the role of GRAS in plant growth and development and the progress of abiotic stress re-sponse(salt,drought,low temperature,etc.).This paper provides a theoretical references for the in-depth study of GRAS transcription factors on plant growth regulation,metabolism and response mechanisms to environmental stresses.
