非遗文化传承的川菜餐饮空间设计构建——以渠县刘氏竹编为例

刘氏竹编作为一种传统的非遗文化,具有独特的文化价值和艺术魅力,但在川菜餐饮空间设计中却鲜有应用.针对上述问题,本文以刘氏竹编介入川菜餐饮空间设计为切入点,探讨两者之间的关联性,分析刘氏竹编在川菜餐饮空间设计中遵循的设计原则,总结归纳其在餐饮空间设计中的构建方法,拓展川菜餐饮空间设计新路径,营造特色文化餐饮空间,不仅促进了非遗文化的保护与延续,也探寻到餐饮空间设计的新方向.
Design and Construction of Sichuan Cuisine Catering Space for Inheriting Intangible Cultural Heritage——Taking Liu's Bamboo Weaving in Quxian County as an Example
Liu's bamboo weaving,as a traditional intangible cultural heritage,has unique cultural value and artistic charm,but it is rarely applied in the design of Sichuan cuisine dining spaces.In response to the above issues,this article takes the involvement of Liu's bamboo weaving in the design of Sichuan cuisine catering spaces as the starting point,explores the correlation between the two,analyzes the design principles followed by Liu's bamboo weaving in the design of Sichuan cuisine catering spaces,and summarizes its construction methods in catering space design.Expanding the new path of Sichuan cuisine catering space design and creating distinctive cultural catering spaces not only promotes the protection and continuation of intangible cultural heritage,but also promotes new directions in catering space design.
