摘要
本文通过对"空巢"青年在特殊信息化背景下的需求进行分析,探讨了面向该群体的服务设计趋势和发展前景.深入研究了"空巢"现象的成因和生活特点,发现这一群体在生活、饮食和社交方面面临新的挑战.在多元文化的背景下,通过与相关个案的比较研究,提出了针对"空巢族"特殊需求的可实现方案,包括重组共享和接触互通,以整合多元业务,构想更为清晰的服务设计方案.这反映了服务设计在适应社会变革和个体需求方面的不断创新,为空巢年轻群体提供更贴近生活实际的服务.
Abstract
This article analyzes the needs of"empty nest"youth in the context of special informatization,exploring service design trends and development prospects for this demographic.In-depth research on the causes and characteristics of the"empty nest"phenomenon reveals new challenges in areas such as life,diet,and socialization for this group.In a multicultural environment,feasible solutions tailored to the unique needs of the"empty nest"generation are proposed through comparative studies with relevant cases.These solutions involve reorganizing sharing and communication to integrate diverse services,envisioning a clearer service design.This reflects the continuous innovation of service design in response to social changes and individual needs,aiming to provide services that more closely align with the practical aspects of life for the young"empty nest"population.
