本文通过对潮汕地区的传统文化如英歌舞、古厝、剪纸等元素的提取和运用,设计一个以潮汕文化为主题的国潮风餐饮空间,既能满足消费者的就餐需求,也能满足顾客在就餐时的精神文化层次的需求.将潮汕文化元素与现代潮流相结合的方式既能推动国潮的正向发展,使餐饮空间的文化内涵得到艺术性的提升,也为餐饮品牌打造一个良好的品牌形象,促进餐饮行业的创新和发展.
The"China-Chic Style"Design of Chaoshan Culture Theme Beef Hotpot Catering Space
This paper designs a China-Chic style dining space with Chaoshan culture as the theme by extracting and applying the traditional culture of Chaoshan,such as Yingge Dance,Ancient Cuo,Paper Cuttings and other elements,which can not only meet the dining needs of consumers,but also meet the needs of customers at the spiritual and cultural level when dining.The combination of Chaoshan cultural elements and modern trends can not only promote the positive development of China-Chic,enhance the cultural connotation of catering space artistically,but also create a good brand image for catering brands and promote the innovation and development of the catering industry.
