With the rapid development of China's economy and the popularity of the concept of low-carbon community,people's requirements for the environment are getting higher and higher.The community transformation in our country has also been put on an important position.However,there are also many problems in the process of transforming the old community,such as the problem of community carbon emissions and how to reduce energy consumption.Especially in the construction of low-carbon community,there are many irrationality in carbon emissions and sustainable development.Based on the concept of sustainable development,this paper intends to put forward a new planning scheme for the transformation design of low-carbon community in the old community,in order to achieve the planning goal of optimizing community construction.
