Innovative Food Product Design based on the Grand Canal Boat Dish Culture
The Grand Canal is an artificial river that runs through the north and south of China and has a profound influence on the Chinese nation.It gathers the hard work and wisdom of countless ancestors.But with the development of The Times,people know less and less about the Grand Canal culture.As the saying goes,the people,the grand canal is far from people's daily life,but the boat culture is closely related to people,so this study will be from the grand canal boat culture,beside qinhuai boat culture,for example,combine food box and table design,the purpose in the maximum increase of boat culture and users for the boat culture experience.On the one hand,this study enables people related to the canal to recall and resonate with the canal;on the other hand,it makes the general public feel the canal culture and enhance the sense of belonging to the Grand Canal culture,which is of great practical significance for the protection and inheritance of the Grand Canal culture.
