摘要
本研究旨在探讨如何改进现有的公共图书馆儿童区服务,提高服务水平和儿童读者满意度.在已有研究文献的基础上,提出了针对公共图书馆儿童区的服务内容;公共图书馆儿童区的设施标准;公共图书馆儿童区的活动策划等方面的改进方案.研究以上方案以期望能够解决一些现有公共图书馆儿童区存在的问题和不足,提高公共图书馆儿童区服务水平.希望本研究能够为公共图书馆儿童区的改进和发展提供一些参考和指导.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore how to improve the existing children's area services of public libraries,improve service standards,and increase children's reader satisfaction.Based on existing research literature,proposed service content for children's areas in public libraries;Standards for facilities in children's areas of public libraries;Improvement plans for activity planning and other aspects of the children's area of the public library.Researching the above solutions is expected to solve some of the problems and shortcomings existing in the children's areas of existing public libraries,and improve the service level of the children's areas of public libraries.I hope this study can provide some reference and guidance for the improvement and development of children's areas in public libraries.
