Exploring AIGC Product Design based on Empathic Needs
This paper aims to explore the design of AIGC products based on empathy needs to improve the emotional communication and interactive experience between products and users.With the development of science and technology,contemporary design pays more and more attention to user experience and personalized design.Empathy demand is an important part of design.Products based on empathic needs can bring users a better experience.To this end,this paper proposes to combine AIGC technology with empathy needs to discuss how to make the product bring users better experience and satisfaction.This study first introduces the concept and development status of empathy design,and then discusses the concept,principle and defects of AIGC technology.In terms of method,this study adopts case analysis,which studies the empathy needs of users in using the product,and explores how to better meet these needs in product design.Finally,this paper points out issues and challenges that require further attention in future research and practice.
