在我国医养结合的国民健康体系逐渐发展日趋成熟的时代背景下,新时代年轻人面临着快节奏生活下身心双重压力以及随之而来的身体亚健康,本文针对Z世代青年现状,探索传统东方医养结合模式的创新转化,通过对新时代潮流化养生理疗服务系统设计,进一步改变新时代人们的养生意识形态,在提高青年健康水平的同时也促进我国传统文化产业的创新性转化及传承发展.
Abstract
Under the background of the gradual development and maturity of China's national health system combining medical and nursing care,young people in the new era are facing the dual pressure of physical and mental health under the fast-paced life and the subsequent sub-health of the body.Aiming at the current situation of generation Z youth,this paper explores the innovation and transformation of the traditional Oriental medical and nursing combination mode,and designs the trendy health physiotherapy service system in the new era.To further change people's health ideology in the new era,while improving the health level of young people,it also promotes the innovative transformation and inheritance and development of China's traditional cultural industry.
