摘要
当前高校普遍存在的校园场地紧缺等问题.本文以广州软件学院为例,阐述了基于共享空间的产品服务系统的设计思路、实施步骤和预期效果.通过对该服务系统的实际应用,有效缓解校园场地紧缺问题,提高校园空间资源的利用效率.该服务系统主要包括以下几个方面:首先,通过对校园空间资源进行分类和评估,确定可共享的空间资源;其次,构建一个校园空间资源共享平台,实现空间资源的在线发布、预约和管理,配合线下终端,实现空间资源的高效调度,提高空间利用效率.
Abstract
The shortage of campus space is a common problem in colleges and universities.Taking Guangzhou Software Institute as an example,this paper expounds the design ideas,implementation steps and expected effects of the product service system based on shared space.Through the practical application of the service system,the problem of campus space shortage is effectively alleviated,and the utilization efficiency of campus space resources is improved.The service system mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly,through the classification and evaluation of campus space resources,the space resources that can be shared are determined;secondly,a campus space resource sharing platform is constructed to realize the online release,appointment and management of space resources,and to cooperate with offline terminals to achieve efficient scheduling of space resources and improve the efficiency of space utilization.
