基于心流理论的疗愈性游戏交互设计研究

摘要
在社会竞争日益激烈的当下,大学生面临学业、就业等多重压力,导致焦虑、抑郁等心理问题频发.本文探讨心流理论在疗愈性游戏交互设计中的应用,将心流理论的 3 个阶段与游戏交互设计相匹配,最终提出了一款概念策划方案.该方案旨在通过游戏交互为大学生提供长效心理疗愈,促进其身心健康发展,为相关领域的研究与实践提供新思路.
Abstract
Nowadays,with increasingly fierce social competition,college students are faced with multiple pressures such as study and employment,resulting in frequent psychological problems such as anxiety and depression.This paper discusses the application of flow theory in healing game interaction design,matches the three stages of flow theory with game interaction design,and finally puts forward a set of conceptual planning scheme.The program aims to provide long-term psychological healing for college students through game interaction,promote their physical and mental health development,and provide new ideas for research and practice in related fields.
