本研究基于淮扬美食文化,探讨了如何通过文创产品设计传承与发扬淮扬美食的独特魅力.通过分析国内外研究现状,了解淮扬美食文化的历史渊源和独特元素.对淮扬美食文化元素进行具体分析,提取其代表元素进行解读后,进行具体设计,设计案例为淮安旅游文化创意产品设计.结论指出美食类文化创意产品设计在传播淮扬美食文化方面具有巨大潜力.提出一系列创意设计方案,旨在增强淮扬美食文化的传播力和影响力,为淮扬地方文化的传承与发展提供新的视觉表达路径,以实现淮安美食文化的创新传承.
Abstract
Based on Huaiyang cuisine culture,this study explores how to inherit and promote the unique charm of Huaiyang cuisine through cultural and creative product design.By analyzing the current research status both domestically and internationally,we aim to understand the historical origins and unique elements of Huaiyang cuisine culture.Analyze the cultural elements of Huaiyang cuisine in detail,extract their representative elements for interpretation,and then carry out specific design.The design case is the creative product design of Huai'an tourism culture.The conclusion points out that the design of creative food products has great potential in promoting Huaiyang cuisine culture.Propose a series of creative design schemes aimed at enhancing the dissemination and influence of Huaiyang cuisine culture,providing new visual expression paths for the inheritance and development of Huaiyang local culture,and achieving innovative inheritance of Huai'an cuisine culture.
