Research on Design Requirements for Visual Impairment Assistance Products based on Inclusive Design Concept and Kano Model
This paper confirms the demand of different groups for visually impaired auxiliary products through in-depth interviews and questionnaire survey.Kano model,Better-use,and four quadrant analysis are used to calculate and analyze the needs, determine the importance and sensitivity of the needs, accurately grasp the needs of different groups for products, use the inclusive design concept to clarify the focus of the needs of visually impaired auxiliary products, and balance the priority of demand among different groups. To maximize the product application population and use satisfaction, and to provide new ideas for the inclusive design concept in the design practice of visually impaired auxiliary products.
