随着人口老龄化的进程加速,老年人群体对外卖 APP 的依赖程度加深.本文以当下最热门的外卖 APP"饿了么"为例,从用户体验的角度出发,研究"饿了么"外卖 APP适老化版本中的老年用户体验的特点,为外卖 APP的适老化设计提出进一步优化建议.通过老年用户使用APP过程中存在的问题和使用习惯,优化用户体验,增强用户黏性,从而达到提高外卖 APP适老化的目的.
Abstract
With the acceleration of the aging process of the population,the elderly groups are more dependent on selling APP.This paper takes the most popular takeout APP"Ele.me"as an example,from the perspective of user experience,studies the characteristics of the elderly user experience in the aging version of"Ele.me"takeout App,and puts forward further optimization suggestions for the aging design of the takeout App.Through the problems and habits of elderly users in using APP,optimize user experience and enhance user stickiness,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the aging of takeout App.
