摘要
本文全面探讨了智能化机械设备设计的重要性及相关技术发展,首先介绍自动化技术和人工智能的发展与现状,强调了智能化设计在提高生产效率、优化设备性能以及保障产品质量方面的关键作用,其次探讨基于智能化的机械设备设计方法,包括多功能调试台控制系统的设计、数控设计以及柔性自动化等,最后分析机电一体化、集成化、模块化、网络化以及绿色化等发展方向.目标是帮助制造业进行产品性能提升以及生产效率优化,同时也达到绿色环保的目标.
Abstract
This paper comprehensively discusses the importance of intelligent mechanical equipment design and related technological development.Firstly,it introduces the development and current situation of automation technology and artificial intelligence,emphasizing the key role of intelligent design in improving production efficiency,optimizing equipment performance and ensuring product quality.Secondly,it discusses the design method of intelligent mechanical equipment.It includes the design of multi-function debugging platform control system,numerical control design and flexible automation,and finally analyzes the development direction of mechatronics,integration,modularization,networking and green.The goal is to help the manufacturing industry improve product performance and optimize production efficiency,while also achieving green environmental protection goals.
