摘要
现代学徒制模式下能反映企业新技术、新方法、新工艺的专业教材非常少见,也没有统一的标准.造成校企人才培养"两张皮"现象的出现,《纺织材料与实验》这门课程作为纺织专业核心基础课程,多数职业院校仍沿用的是高等教育的学科知识体系,该体系忽视了教材与企业岗位实际需求对接的紧密性,忽略了学生职业能力的培养,缺乏系统设计.亟需编写一本有助于提高学生学习能力、社会能力和创新能力的新活页式教材.解决当地企业高技能人才"荒"的现状,进一步推动产业转型升级.
Abstract
Professional teaching materials that can reflect new technologies,new methods,and new processes in the Modern Apprenticeship System are very rare,and there is no unified standard.Resulting in the emergence of the phenomenon of"two skins"in the cultivation of school-enterprise talents,the course"Textile Materials and Experiments"as the core basic course of textile major,most vocational colleges still follow the subject knowledge system of higher education,the system only pays attention to the integrity and coherence of the theoretical knowledge of the content of the textbook,ignores the closeness of the docking of the teaching materials and the actual needs of the enterprise post,ignores the cultivation of students'vocational ability,and lacks system design.There is an urgent need to develop a new loose-leaf teaching materials that will help improve students'learning,social,methodological and creative abilities.Solve the current situation of"shortage"of high-skilled talents in local enterprises,and further promote industrial transformation and upgrading.
