本研究旨在探索基于新能源汽车市场驱动转型阶段下更灵活自由的旅程式充电方案.随着新能源汽车市场的迅速发展,充电服务的需求也日益增长,传统的充电服务模式存在诸多问题和挑战.为了解决这些问题,设计了一个新型的充电驿站服务系统,旨在提供普适的多样化方案,改善充电体验,建立兼具出行休闲招待与充电服务的服务站点和具有城市特色人文关怀的新式充电驿站及配套服务.通过充分调研用户需求和行业现状,设计了一套完整的充电服务系统,包括充电驿站内部服务系统、随行电源、线上APP等内容,旨在提高用户的充电效率和满意度,促进新能源汽车的普及和推广.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore a more flexible and free journey charging scheme based on the transition stage of new energy vehicle market.With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle market,the demand for charging services is also growing,and there are many problems and challenges in the traditional charging service model.In order to solve these problems,a new charging station service system is designed,aiming to provide a variety of universal solutions,improve the charging experience,establish a service station with both travel entertainment and charging services,and a new charging station and supporting services with urban characteristics and humanistic care.By fully investigating the needs of users and the status quo of the industry,a complete charging service system is designed,including the internal service system of charging station,accompanying power supply,online APP,etc.,aiming to improve the charging efficiency and satisfaction of users and promote the popularization and promotion of new energy vehicles.
