摘要
本研究以泉州蟳埔村的簪花服务为研究对象,探讨泉州蟳埔村民俗文化簪花流程的服务设计.通过调研蟳埔民俗文化背景以及泉州市旅游业的相关问题,运用服务设计的方法,以消费者需求为导向,运用质量功能展开(QFD)与网络层次分析法(ANP),探索簪花服务流程最佳化方法,以期完善簪花服务系统,提升整体服务体验用户满意度.
Abstract
Taking the hairpin service of Quanzhou Xunpu Folk Culture Village as the research object,it explores the research on the optimal method of service design for the hairpin process of Quanzhou Xunpu Folk Culture Village.In-depth study of the background of the Hairy Pu Folk Culture Village and the living customs of Hairy Pu women,as well as the surge in passenger flow brought about by the rapid growth of tourism in Quanzhou City,the use of the ideas and methods of service design,consumer demand-oriented,through the application of Quality Function Deployment(QFD)theory and Network Hierarchical Analysis(ANP),to explore the optimal method of hairpin service process to perfect the hairpin service system to improve the overall service experience user satisfaction.overall service experience user satisfaction.It references the tourism and service design of similar folk culture villages.
