居家养老模式下室内居住空间适老化设计研究

摘要
我国人口老龄化的程度日益加深,养老问题已然成为当前迫在眉睫的关键点.现有的养老方式中,居家养老是大多数老人所希望安享晚年的方式,能够在一定程度上给予老人最大的关爱与支持.本文首先解读了居家养老模式相关概念,在此基础上对老年人心理及生理特征进行分析,并针对老年人居住空间的需求展开剖析,从而提出居家养老模式下的适老化居住空间设计方法与策略,从多功能的空间布局、人性化的材质、辅助式的智能化设计等方面着手,研究出适合老年人居家养老的适老化居住空间,有助于改善老年人晚年居住生活条件,提升安全属性,助力适老化居住空间设计的发展.
Abstract
The aging of the population in our country is deepening day by day,and the problem of old-age care has become an imminent key point.Among the existing ways of providing for the elderly,home care is the way that most elderly people hope to enjoy their old age,which can give the elderly the greatest care and support to a certain extent.This paper first interprets the relevant concepts of the home-based care model,and on this basis analyzes the psychological and physiological characteristics of the elderly,and analyzes the needs of the elderly's living space,so as to propose the design methods and strategies of age-appropriate living space under the home-based care model,starting from the aspects of multi-functional space layout,humanized materials and auxiliary intelligent design.The study of age-appropriate living space suitable for home care of the elderly is conducive to improving the living conditions of the elderly in their old age,enhancing safety attributes,and facilitating the development of age-appropriate living space design.
