用户需求驱动下茂名景区公共厕所设计研究

摘要
本研究选取广东茂名景区旅客进行用户访谈,并通过KANO问卷反馈信息对其进行属性分类,且引入层次分析法(AHP)构建层次分析模型及计算各用户需求权重.最后,通过逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)评价对比现有方案与设计方案之间合理性与可行性.结果表明KANO-AHP-TOPSIS应用于茂名景区公共厕所设计中,有助于更好获取重点用户需求及做出设计方案优选决策,并极大提升用户满意度.本研究路径可为同类型景区公共厕所设计研究提供参考思路.
Abstract
This study selected passengers from Guangdong Maoming scenic spot for user interview,preliminarily determined 25 needs of users in Maoming scenic spot in the process of using public toilets,and classified their attributes through KANO questionnaire feedback,and introduced hierarchical analysis method(AHP)to build a hierarchical analysis model and calculate the weight of each user's needs.Finally,the rationality and feasibility between the existing scheme and the design scheme are evaluated by approaching the ideal solution sorting method(TOPSIS).The results show that KANO-AHP-TOPSIS is applied in the design of public toilets in Maoming scenic spot,which helps to better obtain the needs of key users and make the design decision of optimal plan,and greatly improve user satisfaction.This research path can provide a reference idea for the design of public toilets in the same type of scenic spots.
