摘要
本研究旨在通过分析当前老年人就医过程中面临的主要问题和需求,提出构建一个适老化的医疗陪诊服务平台的设计策略.该平台将综合利用医疗信息化技术和用户体验设计原则,提供一站式陪诊服务,帮助老年人克服就医过程中的各种困难,提高其就医效率和满意度.通过本研究,希望能够为老年人的医疗服务提供新的解决方案,促进社会对老年人群体医疗需求的关注和重视.
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the primary issues and needs faced by elderly individuals during their medical visits and to propose design strategies for developing an elder-friendly medical escort service platform.The platform will integrate medical informatization technology and user experience design principles to offer comprehensive escort services.It will assist elderly patients in overcoming various challenges encountered during medical consultations,thereby enhancing their efficiency and satisfaction in seeking medical care.Through this research,we hope to provide new solutions for elderly healthcare services and to increase societal awareness and attention to the medical needs of the elderly population.
