基于用户体验的医用肌肉注射器设计

摘要
针对国内肌肉注射体验不佳的现状,文章基于用户体验理念,通过定性访谈获取调研数据,分析用户情景和心理特征;构建医患双重用户模型,拆解用户行为路径;进而提炼用户需求,对应设计定位;最后针对医患双方切实需求设计了一款造型友好、功能实用、操作简洁的医用肌肉注射器,提升用户肌肉注射体验,并为相关的医疗器械产品设计提供有利思路和依据.
Abstract
In response to the poor experience of intramuscular injection in China,based on the concept of user experience,this article analyzes user scenarios and psychological characteristics through qualitative interviews to obtain research data.It constructs a dual user model of doctors and patients,breaks down user behavior paths,and refines user needs to design positioning accordingly.Finally,it designs a friendly-looking,practical-functioning,and simple-to-operate medical intramuscular syringe for both doctors and patients,enhancing the user's intramuscular injection experience and providing useful ideas and evidence for related medical device product design.
