Research on the Design of High-Density Urban Healing Sky Gardens——A Case Study of Macau
As one of the typical cities with high population density in the world,Macao faces challenges such as limited land resources and scarce green spaces.Roof gardens in residential buildings,as an innovative form,have compensated for the lack of ground public spaces and green areas to some extent,but often neglecting the healing function.Based on the healing landscape theory,this study analyzes the value and limitations of urban roof gardens in Macao,explores the possibility of landscape healing in roof garden design,and proposes design strategies for healing roof gardens,aiming to meet residents'daily needs for green spaces,leverage the function of roof gardens in healing both physically and mentally,and ultimately enhance the quality of urban development and residents'quality of life.
