Design Drives Rural Revitalization in Northeastern Sichuan
As an important region in the northeast of Sichuan Province,Northeast Sichuan has abundant natural resources and diverse cultural heritage,but there are still deficiencies in economic development and infrastructure construction.Design plays an important role in the implementation of rural revitalization strategies,and design-driven rural revitalization strategies have become an innovative solution.Based on the revitalization and development of rural culture in northeast Sichuan,this paper explores the multiple design directions of design-enabled rural revitalization through the excavation of natural geographical conditions,agricultural industry,characteristic culture and handicrafts in northeast Sichuan,and summarizes the driving strategies of design in realizing rural revitalization in many aspects in combination with design thinking,aiming to promote the realization of rural revitalization in northeast Sichuan and achieve the overall goal of"prosperous industry,livable ecology,civilized rural customs,effective governance,and affluent life".
