摘要
以自动化类学生为研究对象,以问卷调研的形式从学生角度对学生的学习情况、教师教法、教师管理、学校制度、教育环境等方面进行调研,通过SPSS数据分析软件进行因子分析,得出影响高职院校学生学习效果的五大因素,按重要度排序结果为学生自我管理、学校管理、教学条件、课堂管理、学习氛围,结合各因素的权重系数可对学生进行过程评价考核.
Abstract
This article takes automation students as the research object,and conducts a survey from the perspective of students in terms of learning situation,teacher teaching methods,teacher management,school system,educational environment,etc.Through factor analysis using SPSS,five major factors affecting the learning effectiveness of vocational college students are identified.The results are sorted by importance as student self-management,school management,teaching conditions,classroom management,and learning atmosphere.By combining the weight coefficients of various factors,process evaluation and assessment can be conducted on students.
