摘要
为了提高校园二手物品的利用率以及满足学生的使用需求,本文引入可持续设计理念,对校园旧物回收的问题进行分析研究,运用产品服务系统的方法构建未来校园回收服务系统.从用户的角度出发,构建用户画像和服务场景架构,得出全方位全流程的用户需求项;结合用户旅程图得到校园师生的回收痛点及需求,将产品端与软件端相结合,构建未来校园的旧物回收服务体系,为相关产品设计提供参考.
Abstract
In order to improve the utilization rate of second-hand items on campus and meet the usage needs of students,this article introduces the concept of sustainable design,analyzes and studies the problem of campus old item recycling,and constructs a future campus recycling service system using the method of product service system.From the perspective of users,construct a user profile and service scenario architecture,and derive comprehensive and full process user requirements;based on the user journey map,identify the pain points and needs of campus teachers and students in recycling,and combine the product end with the software end to build a future campus old material recycling service system,providing reference for related product design.
