摘要
LEED(能源与环境设计领导者)评估体系由美国绿色建筑委员会于 1998 年推出,旨在推广绿色建筑设计,提高建筑项目的环境友好程度.该体系在全球超过100 个国家得到应用,覆盖各类建筑.在中国,随政府推动和市场需求增长,LEED在提升建筑可持续性方面发挥重要作用,通过严格的评分体系和认证等级,改善资源利用效率和室内环境质量,促进生态保护和社会经济效益.
Abstract
The LEED(Leader in Energy and Environmental Design)evaluation system was launched by the Green Building Council of the United States in 1998 to promote green building design and improve the environmental friendliness of building projects.The system has been applied in more than 100 countries around the world,covering all kinds of buildings.In China,LEED plays an important role in improving building sustainability.Through strict scoring system and certification level,it improves resource utilization efficiency and indoor environmental quality,and promotes ecological protection and social and economic benefits.
