This study aims to explore and construct a set of design ideas and strategic framework for gamification incentive mechanisms applicable to health management products.Adopting the literature review method,we systematically sorted out and analyzed various implementations of gamification incentive mechanisms and their theoretical foundations.We gained a deep understanding of the different stages and characteristics of user health behavior intervention in the health management process.Based on the above analysis,a gamified incentive mechanism design model is constructed with user health behavior intervention stage as the core.The gamification incentive mechanism as an innovative means shows great potential in health management.
