摘要
本研究提出了一种基于Kano模型的优化设计方法,以提升移动终端NFC功能的用户体验.首先,通过用户调研、访谈以及用户旅行图的构建,深入分析了用户在使用NFC功能时的行为路径,提炼出关键用户需求.随后,基于Kano模型对这些需求进行分类,明确了不同类型的需求属性.最后,制定了针对性的交互设计策略,强化NFC功能的定位,提升用户满意度,为移动终端NFC功能的开发和设计提供了理论支持和实践指导.
Abstract
This study proposes an optimization design method based on the Kano model to enhance the user experience of NFC functionality in mobile devices.First,through user research,interviews,and the construction of user journey maps,the behavioral paths of users when using NFC functionality were deeply analyzed,and key user needs were identified.Subsequently,these needs were classified according to the Kano model,clarifying the attributes of different types of needs.Finally,targeted interaction design strategies were developed to strengthen the positioning of NFC functionality,improve user satisfaction,and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the development and design of NFC functionality in mobile devices.
