This study proposes an optimization design method based on the Kano model to enhance the user experience of NFC functionality in mobile devices.First, through user research, interviews, and the construction of user journey maps, the behavioral paths of users when using NFC functionality were deeply analyzed, and key user needs were identified.Subsequently, these needs were classified according to the Kano model, clarifying the attributes of different types of needs. Finally, targeted interaction design strategies were developed to strengthen the positioning of NFC functionality, improve user satisfaction, and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the development and design of NFC functionality in mobile devices.
