This article explores the strategies of integrating local dialect culture into landscape design to protect and inherit regional characteristic culture.With the popularization of Mandarin and the advancement of urbanization,local dialect culture is facing the risk of loss.Combining dialect culture with landscape design can not only enhance the cultural connotation and aesthetic value of the landscape,but also strengthen people's sense of identity and pride in dialect culture.Taking Xinyang dialect as an example,this article demonstrates the application of the"dialect+x"design concept in specific projects,such as dialect water wall,dialect seats,dialect bulletin boards,etc.Through these design elements,Xinyang dialect culture is integrated into the park landscape,providing visitors with a unique cultural experience.
