摘要
本文探讨中小服装企业财务管理中的主要问题及对策.通过分析资金短缺、管理制度不健全和人才匮乏等问题,提出了政策层面的融资优化、税收优惠及培训支持,以及企业层面的管理意识提升、制度健全、人才培养和信息化工具应用,旨在增强企业财务管理能力,提升市场竞争力.
Abstract
This paper discusses the main problems and countermeasures in the financial management of small and medium-sized garment enterprises.By analyzing the problems of shortage of funds,imperfect management system and shortage of talents,this paper puts forward the financing optimization,tax incentives and training support at the policy level,as well as the management awareness enhancement,system improvement,talent training and application of information tools at the enterprise level,aiming to enhance the financial management ability of enterprises and enhance the market competitiveness.
