新时代艺术院校学生就业观现状及引导策略

摘要
近几年,就业形势愈发严峻,大学生就业压力不断增加,笔者通过对艺术院校学生就业观进行调查,发现学生在就业择业过程中有"慢就业""功利性""从众性"等特点,对艺术院校学生开展价值观教育尤为重要.从学生层面要加强主体性教育,练就过硬本领,从学校层面要全方位加强就业观的正向引导、优化就业指导和课程实践,双方形成合力,共同培育积极向上的就业价值观.
Abstract
In recent years,the employment situation is becoming more and more severe,and the employment pressure of college students is increasing.Through the investigation of art students,the author found that students in the process of employment have"slow employment","utilitarian nature"and"conformity",which is particularly important to carry out value education for art students.From the level of students,we should strengthen subjectivity education,practice excellent skills,and from the school level,we should strengthen the positive guidance of employment concept,optimize employment guidance and curriculum practice,so that the two sides should form a joint force to jointly cultivate positive employment values.
