Modern jewelry is not only the expression of beauty,but also the inheritance of culture,the manifestation of individual identity,but also the attention to the environment and sustainable development.Modern jewelry integrates creativity,art,fashion and other aspects,bringing rich and meaningful decorations to the contemporary society.This paper will deeply analyze the basic connotation of modern jewelry,interpret the important aesthetic characteristics of modern jewelry design from the aspects of form beauty,material beauty,craft beauty and color beauty,and put forward the practical strategy of modern jewelry design.
