This article first analyzes the importance of traditional cultural elements in modern interior design and their role in shaping spatial atmosphere.Then,through case studies,it compares how domestic and foreign designers innovate on the basis of respecting tradition.Then,the principles and methods for successfully integrating traditional cultural elements into interior design were discussed,emphasizing a deep understanding of traditional connotations and a design strategy that combines modern material technology.Through detailed analysis,this article proposes that interior design should continue to explore innovation while inheriting tradition,in order to achieve a harmonious coexistence of culture and aesthetics.
