The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)provides a new opportunity for China,Japan,and South Korea to deepen economic and trade cooperation in the region.This article focuses on the construction of the China Japan Korea Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Zone in Dalian,exploring its construction path and optimized design under the RCEP framework.By analyzing the background,practical significance,and promoting regional economic integration of the construction of the demonstration zone,this article proposes specific strategies to strengthen political mutual trust,build a free trade port,create a pan Yellow Sea economic circle,expand trade chains,and promote industrial cooperation,aiming to provide scientific basis and practical guidance for the establishment of the demonstration zone.
