According to China's current national conditions,the proportion of rural elderly people is increasing year by year,and rural areas have become the main concentration of elderly people,but the existing rural public space construction does not have the function of elderly people,unable to meet the basic needs of existing rural elderly people.This chapter investigates the development status of rural public space in Jimo,analyzes the existing landscape construction problems in the aspect of aging,and puts forward some aging design strategies such as following the wishes of the elderly,enhancing the vitality of public space,diversification of infrastructure layout and combining the physical characteristics of the elderly.
