This article aims to explore the application and practice of experience design in industrial design,especially the importance and impact of improving user experience,promoting market innovation,and enhancing product competitiveness in the sustainable development of enterprises. Using a combination of literature research and case analysis,this paper comprehensively elaborates on the theoretical framework,design methods,and practical applications,with a focus on analyzing the specific practices and development trends of experiential design in sustainable development of enterprises. The results indicate that experience design has a wide range of applications in various stages of sustainable development of enterprises. By analyzing different practical methods and successful cases,key experiences are summarized,and the challenges and future development trends of experience design under the background of Industry 4.0 are explored. Emphasis was placed on the core value of experiential design in modern industrial design,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for design practice,and pointing out key directions for future development.
