By the end of 2023,China's elderly population aged 60 years and above will reach 297 million,accounting for 21.1％ of the total population. With the deepening of China's population aging,it will bring profound changes in service consumption.This article is based on the health management needs of the elderly. By analyzing their living habits,health status,and kitchen usage characteristics,an intelligent kitchenware design scheme is proposed to better meet the dietary health needs of the elderly and improve their quality of life. And provide innovative solutions for the health management of the elderly.
