This study takes Huzhen Town of Boluo County as an example to deeply explore how new media design can promote rural revitalization and agricultural industry development under the background of "Huizhou hundred million Project". Through field investigation and case analysis,this paper studies the application of new media technology in agricultural promotion,cultural communication and brand building in Huzhen Town. This paper puts forward some specific strategies to promote rural revitalization,such as building new media promotion system,enhancing brand value of agricultural products,and strengthening rural education and training. The research results show that new media has significant advantages in promoting rural industrial upgrading,but it still faces realistic challenges such as lagging network infrastructure construction and lack of professional talents.
