This study systematically extracted and analyzed user experience elements using the Affinity Diagram approach.Through expert focus group interviews,59 elements proposed by 12 scholars were integrated,resulting in 10 core elements:accessibility,satisfaction,efficiency,reverse engineering,ease of use,manageability,usefulness,findability,reliability,and aesthetics.The research provides a theoretical foundation and practical tools for user experience design,aiming to deepen the understanding of experiences,enhance design quality,and improve user satisfaction.
