Driven by the wave of educational reform,the academy system as a novel educational concept has become increasingly popular in university education.Taking advantage of this opportunity,Hainan University has implemented the talent training strategy of"two connections and three selections",and deeply discussed the current situation,achievements and challenges faced during the implementation of this model,in order to provide opportunities for Hainan and even the whole country.Higher education reform provides valuable experience,thereby promoting the continuous improvement of the quality of the entire higher education system.
