This article combines the relevant theoretical content of film narratology with the development and evolution of female characters in Chinese animated films,and conducts research on the narrative time,narrative perspective,and narrative space of the animated film"Deep Sea".It explores the shaping and characteristics of female characters from three aspects:non-linear narrative timing,subject object narrative perspective,and narrative space where dreams and reality intersect.It focuses on exploring the image shaping of female characters in contemporary Chinese animation from the perspective of film narratology.
