In order to meet the practical needs of children in China,a research method of tableware design for preschool children based on analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and"function-behavior-structure"model(FBS)was proposed.Firstly,through interviews and questionnaires,the current problems and needs related to children's feeding in the process of intergenerational care were obtained,and the needs of target users were quantified and sorted by AHP.Secondly,the FBS model is used to build the functional requirements database of the product,deduce the user behavior during the feeding process of the separated generation children,and solve the structural carrier of the functional realization.Finally,the design points of AHP and FBS model are integrated,and the optimal scheme is determined after test iteration.
