Influence of Longitudinal Flexural Stiffness of Athletic Shoes on Lower Limb Biomechanics of Joggers
In this paper,20 middle-distance runners with a certain jogging level were selected as the research objects, and sports shoes with low stiffness, medium stiffness and high sensitivity were selected to conduct a comprehensive test on the lower extremity biomechanical characteristics of jogging athletes. The results show that when wearing sports shoes with different stiffness, there are significant differences in the degree of motion of the joint sagittal plane and the joint torque of the joint sagittal plane of the study subjects.Relatively speaking,high-stiffness sports shoes can better constrain the human joints, and are more beneficial to the improvement of the exercise level of the study subjects.
