仓储行业随着现代物流技术的应用的蓬勃生长,在当前生产制造业数智化影响力的驱动下,传统仓储系统由人工纸质记录流程的模式已不再适应高效率的运作环境.基于此,本文结合当下PLC控制技术与智能仓储操作过程中的要点,设计了一套采用TIA 18软件,运用SCL语言模拟控制智能仓储的程序,其既可以用于实际操控的初步调试中,也可以作为PLC的实训案例,多维度锻炼PLC的编程水平,充分发挥智能设备在模拟设计、工业生产中的运用.
With the vigorous growth of modern logistics technology application in the warehousing industry,driven by the influence of digitalization in the current production and manufacturing industry,the traditional warehousing system,which records processes manually on paper,is no longer suitable for efficient operating environments.Based on this,this article combines the key points of current PLC control technology and intelligent warehousing operation process,and designs a program that uses TIA18 software and SCL language to simulate and control intelligent warehousing.It can be used not only for preliminary debugging of actual operation,but also as a practical case for PLC course teaching,to exercise the programming level of PLC from multiple dimensions,and fully utilize the application of intelligent equipment in education,teaching,and industrial production.
