本文以便携式净水器为研究对象,针对主流净水器过滤系统单一,无畜水部分,提出了一种新型的便携式净水器结构设计,通过分析水中的主要污染来源,设计净水器的基本工作原理,设定三道过滤系统结构,确保过滤完成的水满足饮用水标准,同时为了尺寸满足便携要求,设计了堆叠褶皱结构的玻璃纤维滤网,使得小尺寸下的过滤速率能够满足基本需求,整体过滤结构做了分层和可拆卸设计,提高整体设备使用率和使用寿命,为了满足户外的多种复杂环境,设计了手摇式的齿轮齿条传动装置,保证在外部环境下,能够满足长时间工作要求.
This paper takes portable water purifiers as the research object,pointing out that the mainstream water purifiers have a single filtration system and no water storage part.A new type of portable water purifier structure design is proposed,by analyzing the main sources of water pollution,designing the basic working principle of the water purifier,setting up a three-stage filtration system structure,to ensure that the purified water meets drinking water standards.At the same time,in order to meet the portable size requirements,a folded structure of glass fiber filter mesh was designed,which can meet the basic filtration rate requirements at a small size.The overall filtration structure was designed with layering and removable structure to improve the overall equipment utilization rate and service life.In order to meet the complex outdoor environment,a hand-cranked gear rack and pinion transmission device was designed to ensure that the device can meet the long-term working requirements in external environments.
