The inherent randomness and anti-order appeal of glitch art vividly contrasts with the current mainstream art norm of"rationality,order,and perfection".It offers viewers a unique and exhilarating experience characterized by"irrationality,disorder,and disruption".This paper analyzes the early semantics,evolution,and developmental forms of glitch art within a modern design context.It explores its aesthetic expressions in terms of imagery,color,space,and emotion.By investigating the formal language and aesthetic manifestations of glitch art,this study aims to uncover the value and visual language currently possessed by glitch art and explore its significance and emotional expression for the younger generation.
