摘要
马克思和恩格斯既有关于"劳动的解放"甚至"消灭劳动"的提法,也有劳动是人的第一需要的深刻阐述.两种看似不同甚至相互对立的观点,为进一步深化理解劳动理论提供了强大的思想张力.唯有在信息科技,特别是其智能化发展的基础上,才能作出更高层次的统一理解.在物质劳动乃至数字劳动中,重复性使其意义维度不断萎缩;而随着信息科技发展到智能化阶段,重复性劳动渐次为人工智能所取代,从数字劳动到信息工作的转换,对人类具有重要的意义复归意蕴.在创造性的信息活动中,人类劳动的意义活动性质得以逐渐复归.人类本真活动的复归,意味着劳动作为人的第一需要成为可能,并表明要解放甚至消灭的劳动是重复性的劳作;而作为自由自觉的创造性活动,信息工作成为生活的第一需要,这正是信息科技,特别是人工智能承担重复性劳动的自然结果.
Abstract
Marx and Engels not only proposed the idea of"liberation from labor"or even the"abolition of labor"but also provided profound explanations about labor being the primary need of humanity.These seemingly different and even contradictory viewpoints create a powerful intellectual tension for a deeper understanding of labor theory.However,a higher level of unified understanding can only be achieved on the basis of the development of information technology,especially its intelligent aspects.In both material and digital labor,repetitiveness leads to a continuous contraction of its meaningful dimensions.As information technology progresses to the stage of intelligence,repetitive labor is gradually replaced by artificial intelligence.The transition from digital labor to information work holds significant meaning for humanity,implying a return to the essence of labor.In creative information activities,the meaningful and active nature of human labor gradually returns.The return of the true nature of human activity implies that labor,as the primary need of humans,becomes possible.It also indicates that the labor to be liberated or even eliminated is the repetitive work.As a result of the natural progression of information technology,especially artificial intelligence,assuming repetitive labor,information work becomes the first necessity of life,serving as a manifestation of free and conscious creative activity.
