摘要
数字孪生人作为一种能够精准映射、即时互动、以虚控实的人类数字化身,以文化嵌入的方式极大地增强和延展了人类认识和改造世界的能力,创造出了广泛的人学价值和实用价值.但由于人孪交互中协同意识淡薄、技术中心主义盛行、算法互信缺乏以及权力压制的存在和数字鸿沟的扩大,造成了人孪关系失衡、情感认知沦丧与虚实感知混淆、个人隐私遭泄露以及社会公正被剥夺等伦理问题.为促进人与数字孪生人更好地协同、更健康地发展,需要构建人与数字孪生人共同体,重申人类在人孪交互中的主体性地位,厘清人与数字孪生人的伦理主体与责任和宣扬算法公共化的价值取向,涵养向善的道德水准,以形成人与数字孪生人和谐共处的良好生态.
Abstract
The human digital twin is a virtual digital model in the form of a physical representation or digital avatar,supported by digital twin technology.The combination of digital twin technology and real people is the technical and life premise for generating digital twins,and the combination of the two together endows human digital twin with life.On the path of human exploration of the body and self,human digital twin has created a digital avatar of the self to replace the self in compressed time and space for media dissemination,interpersonal communication,and human-machine interaction,but at the same time,a series of new ethical issues have also emerged.As the imitation,extension,enhancement,and even transcendence of real people,human digital twin not only bring convenience to real people,but also become a technological existence that violates their life premise in their continuous generation and operation.They become not only easily manipulated by their designers,but also bring new ethical challenges to the social interaction and security of real people.This requires doing following things:constructing an ethical regulation plan for digital twins from ethical dimensions such as virtue,system,and responsibility,enhancing human virtue,enhancing the goodness of the system,strengthening the responsibility of multiple actors,transforming ethical consciousness into the value connotation of human digital twin,and thereby enhancing the positive interaction between human digital twin and real people,improving interpersonal and human-machine relationships in the era of digital twin.
